It’s about characteristics of people to hire in an agile team.

I like this charcteristic very much. I know some people who are much like this and it is a real pleasure to work with them in a project. But it does not need to be necessarily an agile project. Even in a non-agile project I would appreciate it very much to have people like this to work with. Because these people are really good regardless in which environment they are working. So these are the people every project manager is looking for. On the other hand I must admit that I could imagine that these people tend to join an agile project if they have the choice. Since in an agile project they have the freedom to work in a way that supports very much there strengths.
